Bespoke Production
Ren Memoria specializes in custom-made artifacts. Once a "Physical Manifestation" (production) has begun for a personalized item, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping & Logistics
We offer free shipping across Egypt for orders exceeding 1000 EGP. Standard production lead time is 3-7 business days, followed by 2-3 days for delivery within Cairo and 5-7 days for other governorates.
Returns & Defects
Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns are not accepted. However, if an artifact arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact our studio via WhatsApp within 48 hours for a replacement.
Image Rights
By uploading an image to our system, you confirm that you own the rights to that content. Ren Memoria is not liable for copyright infringements resulting from user-provided artifacts.
Studio Pricing
All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Ren Memoria reserves the right to adjust pricing based on material costs or custom complexity.
